What is Verifactu?
VeriFactu is the framework of the Anti-Fraud Law that requires all invoices to be verifiable by the Tax Agency and to include a QR code. This solution integrates that compliance into your electronic invoicing.
Freelancers and companies that invoice in Spain.
- Transition from: 29/07/2025.
- Mandatory for companies: 01/01/2026.
- Mandatory for freelancers: 01/07/2026.
Verifactu YES (connection and automation) and NO (manual control with technical requirements). You can start in “NO” and switch to “YES” later.
